Opportunities to travel and work with other parts of the businesses and overseas. Very strong functions and clear routes to develop supported by solid training. Staff conditions generally very good and pay and benefits excellent. Strong safety culture and teamwork approaches. Also very strong project management across all disciplines.
Cons
Complex and many things can take time to get approved due to the layers sometimes it can be frustrating. Many sites really adhere to project disciplines and approval routes that can stop local innovation. Scale can be daunting to navigate at first
