Pros
I have been with the company for over 5 years now, started as a grad and have experienced many different roles and projects. I now am in an internal business role and love it. Great company to work for and very much like the culture here. The company have been very forthcoming in meeting my needs and transferring me to different base locations at my request.
Cons
Haven't really got any cons that I feel so strongly about to write down, e.g. would be nice to have a jazzier modern office like the one in London!
