Pros
Committed and hardworking set of employees trying to muddle through . Good working environment and high level processes. Some parts are quite efficient - aircraft related primarily. Short working hours as most people didn't do unpaid overtime.
Cons
Maritime Systems was viewed by staff as scoring 2/10 in engineering, financial, project control areas. Open loop configuration management, ETC reporting was just Budget - Actual. Management out of their depth and talked without acting.
