Pros
Flexitime is great. You can work your hours of 37 weekly by working around core-hours of 10am to 3pm. It is common to have up to 20 days flexi per year and most people finish at 12:30pm on a Friday.
Cons
Wages are great for the local area but there is now a situation where staff are bunched closely together on the pay scale.
