Pros
If your really really lucky you might have a good boss and an interesting project but both impossible. If you do it won't last for long.
Cons
Ultra high turnover, they burn out their employees, 60 hours + a week and no extra pay on top of the average wage. Some staff were disciplined for not wanting to work another 20 hours a week for free. Management are snobby as well.
