      Work environment is very relaxed, lots of training opportunities, coworkers and managers are always willing to help. Company is branching out into remote work opportunities.

      Cons

      Work can feel very repetitive, which should be expected from some white collar work. Some of the benefits are a little lack luster, and only get to be average with years of working there.

      Pros

      Always one person tries to find a solution. Many things are full of variables.

      Cons

      Boss usually blame employees for no reason. Most of colleagues are redundant staff. Directors need to do junior work. One-person department in this company. Do not expect any support. The laptop used is a model from 10 years ago (such as the Lenovo T440).
