Toxic working environment - Retail Assistant B&M Retail Employee Review

Management bullying ,picking favourites, Management gossiping about people constantly, rotas changed at last moment, forced to work when your not available to,workload increases when the hours are cut unrealistic targets ,lots of employment laws get broke as they employ alot of younger ones they won't question what's right or wrong, for anyone's mental health I'd avoid at all costs toxic working environment but has improved alot with the new management a few months ago
