Pros
Great for development, training and friendliness of colleagues. Given alot of training and support. Opportunities to progress and the diversity of roles. Fast paced environment.always have something to do,
Cons
the role can get very busy, and there are times when time pressure is really on, but if you just stay focused and remembering customers are first priority. The contracts arent really that great the majority of co-workers are usually on an 8hour to 16hour contracts, as it's a bargain store therefore the budget is tight.
