No support for new supervisors, staff only seen as numbers - Customer Service Supervisor B&M Retail Employee Review

The managment are not flexible at all, the store is incredbly badly run, rotas come out at most two days before the start of the week. the opening of the store was very badly managed with no one having any idea of what was going on. I had to run the cash office for nearly six weeks before a proper manager was put in place. hours keep getting cut, there are no staff on the shop floor, its no wonder theives are targetting the store
