They have reinvented the quote to ‘It’s not who or what you know, it’s whose butt you are prepared to wipe and crawl up to be accepted by the top knobs’ Sadly; colleges are great but management and administration are a BM (B loody M ess). I think this sums up the general picture for working at B&M.
