      Pros

      Great serving job! They train you to start your serving career and the environment was so fun and down to earth. Made some of my best friends there.

      Cons

      Splitting tips, sometimes management would be irritable.

      Pros

      Usually decent choice in managers, fast-paced environment. Managers I had were flexible when you needed time off.

      Cons

      Servers pool tips, corporate doesn't understand daily operations, hard to keep staffed, corporate rules seemed to change often, not much continuity in decisions.
