Pros
This company provides new hires with a hiring wage higher than the minimum wage, which is not always the case in food service. They allowed team members meals while on shift and the food quality was excellent. If you are committed to the company, there are opportunities for growth.
Cons
The working conditions depended strongly on the manager and the store at which you were located. I had a number of managers over the years I spent at b.good, some of whom were reasonable, hardworking, and supportive, and some of whom were less than ideal.
