Pros
One of the best features of Aeropostale Corporate culture was the casual, more laid back atmosphere. There were times of fast paced and high energy moments, but for the most part, it was a relaxed culture.
Cons
Lack of promotion with in; they preferred to bring in new employees from competitors. Favoritism will get you promoted, not just merit alone. Cliquey atmosphere among employees.
