Most unorganized small company I’ve know throughout my career. Management and supervisors are unprofessional and need more training to dealing with people and process. It’s one thing to get close to your colleagues but don’t let if affect your professionalism. Company does not recognize hard work and dedication, a complete opposite of company statement.
