Pros
The people on the floor are very friendly and make a real effort to socialize with each other. If you’re looking for a junior or trainee position there is a lot of training and development opportunities offered and room for progression at this level.
Cons
There is little/no culture. Any attempt at trying to create this is turned down by leadership and it has created a hostile and fearful atmosphere. Managers are afraid to speak up and if they do, they experience repercussions on their progression and development.
