Making great strides in improving procedures and operations. Training has improved greatly as well...local reps are better equipped than they have been in years! Working to become more cutting edge in the industry. Company of integrity!

Funding is low, in a highly competitive industry. Staff in recent years has been reduced drastically, making it difficult to do the job effectively. But, staff has rallied and is finding ways to make changes and work effectively.
