The name is not "babe" - Manager Aytu BioScience Employee Review

One director called all the women in his department "babe". A lot of politics. Felt like the different departments were all out for themselves. Upper management did not seek input from employees on things that directly effected employee performance and moral, but would not influence upper management per se. The business plan felt schizophrenic- are they male health? female health? Benefits were not great. And they lumped all sick leave and vacation into a single PTO (paid time off)- although some people liked this and others did not. No opportunity for advancement in my department.
