      Pros

      None , Poor communication, limited growty opportunities , many employes are overworked especially developers and IT support more suitable for short term experience

      Cons

      The salary at Ayrade is a joke compared to the amount of work they expect! They demand long hours and pile on stress, but the pay barely makes up for it. On top of that, raises and bonuses are rare, making it feel like they don’t value their employees at all.

      - Flexible management - Respectful and polite CEO - Young, talented and unforgettable employees (my ex colleagues)

      Cons

      - Clumsy and ineffective growth since the last few years compared to the potential of the company. - Indecisive and unclear top management - internal growth plan also unclear and not very interesting in the long term
