Going through the previous negative leaver reviews it is disheartening to read them and know that they come from real people who I've worked with. Colleagues who have been suffering and their calls have not just gone unanswered by management and HR, but have been actively exacerbated by them, and now I add myself to the growing list of ex-Aymers who have been savagely harassed by the leadership of this company. To the savvy jobseekers that read these reviews, please heed them as a warning. Having worked in consulting for a decade I can say that Ayming is different... during my time there, up to that point, I had never seen so many junior staff sacked, nor seen a leadership more confused on what direction to take in order to counter the low team morale that was due to taking on unrealistic workloads to be delivered by an already very burnt out delivery team. When I handed in my notice in to leave I was threatened within a week with a legal action, aiming to make me forgo working and paid Employment for an additional three months after my notice period had terminated, in addition to that the leadership requested that I sign a deed, all in order to scare me into not leaving Ayming. Matters escalated and during my notice period whilst working on client work I was even threatened with the high court, the court of injunctive relief, and in the end I felt like the only court I wasn't threatened with was a tennis court - all turning out to be threats. Therefore I can confirm that the bullying and harassment that other reviewers mention are sadly true. In summary it's a shame to say that the Ayming leadership team has lost its way as it was once a good place to work and develop, I would stay away as there are happier teams out there where your career can actually flourish.
