Pros

Zero absolutely zero pros to working here. Please I’m begging everyone who is lucky enough to read this before they pay to get it deleted don’t work here it will ruin your body and your life.

Cons

I don’t know how they did it but they deleted all of the honest reviews about how truly terrible of a place this is. They management team gets paid to leave these good reviews about how this is a great place and how they recommend working here. When I left they had a 42% turnover rate for a reason. My knees and back are destroyed from working here for doing the things they make you do. They made me crawl in human waste leaking for the sewer line in a crawlspace and when I called them and said it was a hazard they told me I was being a team player. Mind you I had zero hazmat gear I wore jeans and a sweatshirt to again CRAWL IN HUMAN WASTE. All for what $19 an hour?? And as a foreman you make 13.5% commission of all the jobs you install but you no longer get overtime and pay and when I was there I was paying my crew $15 an hour out of my commission checks while the company only pays the other $3. And if your job takes too long and you work overtime your crew guys make $27 an hour while you still make $19 without commission because if they make it to overtime you have no commission left. I could go in for literal days on reasons to not work here. So just don’t save yourself

Pros

Normal small company growing pains. Significant focus on employees, customers, and integrity. Very down-to-earth group of motivated - get it done attitudes.

Cons

None that would keep me from referring someone.

Pros

Great people and a very nice building and work atmosphere.

Cons

All decisions are made from the top and creative input is limited because of that. Communication between leadership and employees is extremely poor.
