Pros
Open door policy with managers, competitive salary, modern facilities and equipment. Brand new Hobart and Melb offices. Growing company that is always looking at ways to improve things
Cons
The company is very face paced and focused on its customers. It is difficult to sometimes keep up with developing and pre-empting processes. Having said that the management are always willing to look at making things more efficient.
