Started in early 2023 and it started out good with great culture awesome management great plan then went down hill fast. The stock options are nice and benefits are good as well not comparable to other pharma companies but not horrible.
Cons
Upper management that was hired on in 2024 ruined the culture. The micromanaging started and good top reps that were constant performers started to leave. Good beloved managers being pinned to the wall which has caused the down trickle of micromanaging and unrealistic expectations. Rules where put into place for getting raises and promotions (2 years at the company with 2 years being the top 30%) or no up potential for you.
