I have worked for Axom for almost two years. The salary is great, benefits are great and the management is great. Most of the managers are former military so there isn't the nonsense and stupidity you get at a lot of companies. When I had a medical question, the president got involved to get my question answered. They genuinely care about you as a person, and the people are all very nice. It really is a great company.

The only bad part is most of their work is in the cleared Department of Defense environment, so if you are looking for an alternative to that space, there aren't many.
