Stalled Start Up - Business Development Representative (BDR) Axis Security Employee Review

Management from the lower level up to the C-Levels are very inexperienced, if experienced at all. Not many customers, and not many renewals of those that are/were. Product needs some work. Company has an identity problem and has been confused with other companies of the same name. Not sure why a start up never even Googled a name to see if there were others by the same. Sales people have been leaving in droves, and it's has a high percentage of turnover in both sales and marketing.
