Old management was very good As compare to current reporting heads.
Cons
Company is fully occupied with freshers and interns . Lack of professional and experienced people in the organisation. No class -no communication so far among current employees. Fresher working since 4-5 years in the same organisation have become HODs now without skills. Zero work life balance. Long working hours & extra sittings.
