Pros

Progressive environment for self growth and driving careers in the ever changing technology industry. Being an Axian is different than any other environment I have ever worked in. Everyone cheers on and supports others on their own goals, sales and progression as a whole.

Cons

As a large company, sometimes growing pains causes change in policy and communication needs to catch up. This is a natural progression of a ever growing and expanding company.
