      Pros

      There are few veteran leaders who are good and understands the business. Few leaders are able to get decent deals on the table.

      Cons

      The top management is very toxic and supports favoritism. The culture is very bad and does not support growth. The HR is extremely rude specially the team under Neeru.

      Pros

      Great corporate culture which recognizes hard work and performance. Collaborative environment with colleagues who want to win and be successful in the market. ExCo listens and cares, tone set from the CEO level and transcends throughout entire organization. Excellent benefits and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Work hours can sometimes be long, though is offset by good work/life balance.
