Pros
You are paid for the hours worked. That means that the harder you work, the more you get paid. It also means that you can control how much you work and spend more time with friends and family. The client mix is very diverse between health care, education, consumer package goods, retail, etc., so there is always more challenges. They focus on professional development more than other firms, offering continued education, online learning libraries, and plenty of opportunities for adding more tools, platforms, and technologies to your skill sets. They also focus on what's best for us as a person with profit sharing bonuses paid out twice annually, an annual review of the efficacy of the medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. plans/benefits, monthly all staff lunches, and 2 company parties/events. (1 for full families + 1 for employee & spouses) I would and have recommended it to former colleagues and friends as a place to work.
Cons
Coworkers are often very busy and spread across multiple client locations, so sometimes connecting with a peer can be challenging.
