1 wasted year - Consultant Axian Employee Review

The management team at Axian is horrible. After a few weeks at Axian I could tell that none of the leadership there has ever done any consulting. They don't provide any type of growth opportunities. They tell you that they are a custom software/consulting shop but really they are just a staff augmentation body shop. Their focus is to get as many billable hours out of you as possible.
