      Pros

      Being a small consulting firm there is close and regular contact with the leadership team. They always have an open door and are eager to hear new ideas. The company culture is, for the most part, good. Leadership cares about its employees and its clients.

      Cons

      A limited and narrow client base results in limited growth opportunities. Leadership is not always constructive in handling employees leaving the firm.

      Pros

      Axia Partners is one of the better consulting firms. They find the right people for their client's needs. Benefits are excellent with PTO after 1000 hours of employment, 401K, medical, dental, vision, and STD/LTD. I can't say enough nice things about them.

      I have no negative comments.

      Flexible, Kind Management, Great IT Staff and for the most part Great Financial Staff, Very Smart People

      Cons

      Underpaid Staff, Pretty Political, Couple of people are running off good personnel and clients
