Pros
Working with the residents, free food
Cons
Management is rarely in the building, getting answers is like pulling teeth (read: inaccessible and unapproachable).
Gave me the keys and left me there on Day 1. Normal to work 2 facilities solo. They refused to change me from a shift worker (no benefits) after 90 days, despite being asked to work part-time hours (entitled to benefits). No chance of pay raise (read: no employee support).
Handful of coworkers kept me sane in the drama and toxicity. Those coworkers are all looking elsewhere. They don’t treat anyone well here. (read: burnout and high turnover)
