Pros
During production rushes the overtime is great. Unfortunately starting wages are low and raises havent been given in about 10 years!
Cons
Low starting wage, COLA raises only, low morale throughout the company, not all managers are qualified to manage, frequent in-fighting between managers, no loyalty to its employees, false promises are used as currency.
