Friendly environment, productive area, managers that I have chance to work with them are all supportive and I am glad to have job at Axalta Coating Systems.

High stress at times, at the whims of corporate, and the need to increase shareholder value. rotating swing shifts are terrible and mandatory overtime with INTENTIONAL understaffing demanded by corporate creates moral issues
