-Unlivable wages across the board for all roles (except C-Suite) -prioritizes teaching their staff to lie, cheat and steal from a company simply to feed themselves and keep a roof over their heads rather then reconsider wages. -long hours -terrible benefits -delusional senior management and C-Suite -no clear lines of communication -inappropriate staff encounters: you could literally get high with a client and not get fired -staff are incompetent and the training is non-existent -new President Brian Hozier comes in and fires (lays off) all staff whose been there since the conception of the company- blows MILLIONS on poor money management and grandiose ideas of expansion as well as senior level salaries and throws the integrity of the company out the window with him. -hires a bunch of IVY league graduates who wouldn’t know the first about SUD if it slapped them in the face. -promotes “a safe space” for clients to use drugs and or alcohol all 52 weeks of their treatment so we can get their insurance money ***OUR SUCCESS IS BASED ON ENGAGEMENT NOT SOBRIETY** -then lays off the whole engagement department. -one manager in a state, redacted, is a former stripper who slept with staff as a manager and would, confirmed, show up to client appts in bra and a thong to tan.
