11yThanks for your feedback here, and the kind words regarding my performance. Some of this sounds familiar – Avvo’s sales organization is in growth mode, and we are hiring lots of people. With that comes, inevitably, a certain amount of accountability-based turnover, along with a fair number of managers who are being promoted up and having to learn on the job.
But much of this complaint does not sound familiar. Incompetent management? Drug use in the office? I spend a good deal of time with the Sales org, and outside of growth-related hiccups, this doesn’t sound like Avvo at all.
Still, if I am truly missing something, I would like to chat with you. As CEO, I recognize that I’m not going to know everything that goes on in the organization. You designate yourself as a current employee and, if so, you know how to reach me by phone, email or my Avvo Profile, each anonymously if need be. You can even slide a note under my door. Specifics are important for us to vet this comment and take any remedial action.
