Poor Leadership, No Strategy - Anonymous employee Avvale Employee Review

-Every business process in the US has a bottleneck of the managing director, (signature required on 5$ software subscriptions) -Pay significantly below market rates, will not keep inflation -Infighting with "Global" teams, Italy has final say over every region -Incredibly toxic, borderline hostile inter-departmental relationships -Zero strategy for long term success -No investment in employees or infrastructure -Yearly review, and career development took a backseat last 2 years, this year, it doesn't exist at all -IT Security exists in policy only, Misrepresentation is happening for audits -US has been in free fall 3-4 years, I would be shocked if it survives another 2 years. If "pipeline" was ever converted, they might have a chance.
