Lack of communication from leadership, you are not paid on time (no proper commission structure or document) all hearsay. The sales team is very segregated as in everyone keeps to themselves and phlegmatic in terms of seeking out support from teammates. There is a haughty outlook from the sales manager who frowns upon not being on his level of SaaS knowledge, nor does he actively help to teach you. The expectations are all over the place and it’s either you sink or swim with no direction on how to execute. Partners treat the sales team as an afterthought and winning business is only achieved through partnerships.
