      Pros

      Great people on non management level Central office location Startup mentality like casual dress code etc You get your own laptop and have a small budget for tech

      Cons

      Management is extremely stingy, people do not even have decent chairs to sit on Employees locked in as interns for 6 months with horrendous salaries and then have to fight to be potentially converted Management promises a lot but nothing happens, many people joined with the expectation to move into differnet positions which does not happen anymore as they deem it to expensive
