Horrible - Sales Associate Avrio Surfaces Employee Review

I was at my last employer over 5 years and have been at Avrio almost 2. Literally the best place I have ever worked. Hard work is appreciated and gratitude is shown often. We have a company party each month to celebrate employee birthdays. Hard working but fun culture!

None. The owner is amazing and the best guy I have ever worked for. Very much cares about his employees and invests in the right people to grow his business.

- I like my co-workers and it feels like family - There are countless opportunities for career growth and pay increase - The owner is willing to invest in sales training - The owner listens to feedback and is willing to make changes - Commission pay is great: there are lots of customers coming here so it's possible to make a great living - Health and dental benefits I looked at the negative reviews and it seems like it's the same person with an agenda. Not everyone fits the culture here, but we all work hard to run the business. It's not just females or males that work hard.
