Great place to work. Management is lenient and there's no micromanagement which makes us to work freely and concentrate on our projects.

Pros
I liked working at Avonis, it had many talented developers to learn from and everyone was treated as an equal, I think it's a great place to work at for both experienced and new developers.
Cons
My only concern is that there was often some downtime between projects.
