      Pros

      I worked full time at Avon. Its a great place to work. Flexible work timings. The pay is good too. The work culture is quite friendly and you enjoy working there.

      Cons

      Like every company there are some cons to this company as well. Stiff targets will make you run for your money. Growth prospects are quite limited as the organizational structure is quite flat.

      See latest varied product offerings Can buy some samples & products @ discount

      Cons

      Need to find your own customers, many not home. Spend much time on computer, entering orders precisely. Trying to co- ordinate customers deliveries, for you to get their payments, so that you're not stuck for the bill & excess (some made in China mdse) products. Quite a lot effort for smaller $.
