Pros
Good for getting early experience in a role. Friendly atmosphere (although somewhat fake) Good equipment and IT support.
Cons
Low-pay, lower raises, hires people who barely speak english in order to keep their costs down. Places extremely high work loads on employees. Doesn't seem to care about its lower employees. Company is going broke and it shows. Lots of business politics like laying people off before salary review to deter asking for more money.
