Pros
Everyone really seems to care about others on the team as a whole. Great attitude on learning, growth, and diversity of thought. Has pension and staff who have been at the company for a long time.
Cons
As an older, large company with staff who have been around for a long time, it's not uncommon for people to want to do things the way they've always done it. I suppose that happens in many places. It's also 3 days or more per week in office when most would prefer 2 (or less).
