      Flexible work schedule. Good pay.

      Cons

      Benefits are available but health care is expensive. It's a public company and only the stockholders matter. Always making cuts and laying off employees. No decent training offered and little opportunity for growth.

      Large company ok benefits, pay is ok

      Cons

      No structure, no training, high expectations, terrible management skills, only cares about numbers not quality in work. On going numbers game cycle. (QBR drives productivity)
