Pros
Only worked in this role fora year and a half and then progressed to a capacity planner role. Picked up lots of new skills and the role itself developed quite a bit in the year and a half I was in that role. Also had an extended 40 hour contract and opportunity for overtime.
Cons
Not a lot of support if not asked for it. Fairly high workload at times. Working on phones was a bit stressful.
