Inexperienced leaders - Customer Service Representative Aviva Employee Review

- I have never worked at a place where leaders and management are so young. This wouldn't be an issue but they really lack experience. Especially when it comes to falling prey to sucking up. It's very much "Us" and "them" - Cliques. Very hierarchical. - They don't take your mental health into consideration, it will go straight out one ear and out another. - Leaders/Coaches won't speak directly to you when you're new. You aren't like them yet so they will pretend they don't know you the next day.
