Pros
Good benefits like paternity leave of 6 months and good to work if you don't mind repetitive work. Colleagues are nice and helpful and are happy to support you where they can.
Cons
Management. They refuse to ackowledge the demands of the job that would be inconvenient for them to work around. If work piles up or it gets busy managements first response to increase pressure on the current staff to meet the workload when often times we do not have enough staff for a moderately busy day. Recent changes are making this into a more traditional call centre job which is jot what they advertise as or promise. If you have a condition or illness that is permenant or long term with doctors notes they are happy to show you off as it strengthens their image as an inclusive employer however if you just get ill frequently or even get ill 2 or 3 times a year they will hound you to no end
