Demands are usually left for one person to do on their own without much support and high turnover due to this. The systems are extremely outdated with a lack of automation. A lack of awareness from management of how dire the situation is with the lack of resource. The company has no structure or organisation. The frustration comes from people's unwillingness to adapt, try new things or even bother.
