I’ve worked at Aviron for just over two years, and overall it’s been a really rewarding experience. The culture is fun and positive. People are cool, they like each other, and there’s no weird office politics. It’s a fast-moving environment where you get real ownership, and good ideas + hard work get recognized. It’s also incredibly motivating to work for a company and on a product that is making a difference in people’s lives. Leadership is extremely transparent, invests in your career growth, provides tons of opportunities, and genuinely cares about each person on the team. I really appreciate how they show up on a human level and have felt very supported as an individual, not just an employee here. If you like growth, ownership, and a fun/dynamic work environment, you’ll absolutely love it here.
