Overall had a really good experience. Lots of genuinely smart and decent people and not a lot of politics. You get a lot of ownership over what you do and your input is actually listened to as an engineer and you feel respect for your technical knowledge. The projects were interesting and had real world impact and I always felt like the work I was doing mattered. Leadership was supportive and easy to talk to and there was a good balance between getting stuff done and not burning out.
